Liked: Everything was excellent — the location, the staff, the room, the breakfast, and the quietness in the room.
Liked: Friendly stuff and good central location near The historic center
Disliked: Room was extremely old definitely needs renovation.Zero soundproofing and room was lacking a fridge
Liked: It was big and had a dishwasher that was easy to use
Disliked: Difficult to figure out the thermostat
Terrible hotel, good location
Liked: The location is nice. But then you can spend the same amount to get a better hotel but further from the center, next to the metro.
Disliked: The place isn't clean, the walls are paper thin and can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. I can practically hear weather the person going to the toilet or having a shower, and can hear every door closing inside their room. There's no refrigerator in the room either.
Vienna was absolutely amazing and the stay at this lovely hotel made it even more enjoyable!
Liked: The lady who checked us in when we arrived was lovely, helpful, super nice!
