Disliked: Surprisingly - we could not find a way to enter the hotel where there are no steps...

Great experience in a great location

Liked: Great location for both business and tourism with a short walk to a variety of shops metro, trams, restaurant options and fantastic museums Decent size room. Generally very helpful and friendly staff. Vibe in public areas was great.

Disliked: Shower logistics were very awkward. Restaurant is a bit pricey, but there are many great options within walking distance.

Gilbert & Flora - lovely 3 night stay

Liked: A very quirky hotel in a good way! Evening meal in & Flora restaurant, fabulous. Breakfast choice good. Great coffee. Reception staff very accommodating. Close to U trains and transport.

Disliked: Booked a standard double room, fair enough, but didn't expect it to be that small. Also the bathroom very small, you literally could hit your head on the shower door when sitting on the loo! 😉. Next to the elevator, aircon made noise for around 10 mins after switch off, and some noise from street behind hotel. Apart from that, all good! X
