  Great place with nice location

  Liked: Great building with interesting history and nice lobby area

  Disliked: Rooms do feel old inside and close to needing some renovation works - carpets, smell, bathroom. Customer service is nowhere even close to a 5 star neither at reception nor in restaurant. I don’t mean these things are really bad I just compare with what else you can get given the really high rate per night.

  "Stay at the Imperial and feel like an Emperor"

  Liked: Ever since the Great Charlie Chaplin made his Famous Quote about the Hotel, for Every Single Guest this Statement hasn't changed. I can Certainly Vouch for it. From the Second you step inside through the elegant revolving door, you feel like an Emperor, and don't want to come back to your old world. Thank You So Much Thomas van Opstal for picking The Best Front Desk Team to Welcome me. I Especially wish to point out the young Virtuous Gentleman Rafael Schuster & the Chief Concierge Dieter Ludewig, who both treated me like Royalty 🙌🙏

  Absolutely perfect in every way as always

  Liked: This is my favorite hotel in all of Europe where they treat me like a Prince and always obtain perfect seats for performances such as the opera and the not to be missed St. Charles Cathedral for a Vivaldi concert. I had missed seeing the Crown Jewels as they were closed on Tuesday. Right across the road was the museum which housed Egyptian artifacts which more than made up for missing the Crown Jewels.

  Best staff in Vienna

  Liked: Staff couldn't be more helpful. Absolutely amazing.

  Disliked: We paid for a suite which looked huge on the booking platform, but when you get there, it's kind of small, and the bathrooms could do with a bit of renovation, if you want my honest opinion. Luckily, the service was that good we didn't care.
