Very pleasant stay in a beautiful city

Liked: The hotel was nice, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is located fairly centrally so only a short walking distance from the central shopping area. The city was beautiful

Disliked: Can't say that there was much that I didn't like. If I'm being very picky I would say the coffee and fruit juices at breakfast were terrible. There was a good selection of choices for breakfast though.

An aweful experience I had ever been through

  Liked: None.

Disliked: 1. Client service: we were suffering from racial discrimination from the receptionist. When we checked-in, we carried FOUR BIG LUGGAGEs, however, none of the staffs were willing to give support and none of them ask us if we need help for the FOUR BIG LUGGAGEs. It’s really bad experience. 2. The bed: The bed was sunken and had no elasticity; once you lie down, you could tell it had been used for many years and should be no longer suitable for guests.
