  Friendly & well-located hotel!

Liked: Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city centre but located on a side street which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and reacted quickly to any requests. A good choice of food in the breakfast buffet - I especially enjoyed the avocado toast! I also appreciated the kettle in the room along with a choice of teabags, fresh apples and peanuts on the day we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the free toiletries in the bathroom were appreciated! We also appreciated the air conditioning at night because the room was quite warm.

Disliked: Sometimes there was a bit of noise from the lift as our room was next to it, but it was bearable. The room could have been a bit bigger. Otherwise, everything was to our liking.

Liked: The hotel design is awesome. It's not flashy, it doesn't scream opulence, and that's what makes it wonderful. The breakfast is incredible. Great service offered from Ana and Nina.

Disliked: I'd recommend the hotel to put a third person serving the guest during breakfast. Only two employees make the service be a bit disorganized, and not by the fault of the employees, but because of a lack of enough servers.

Great central location in a comfartable and secure hotel

Liked: Location, Friendly staff. Extremely tasteful and comfortable. Quirky layout and lift.very good conversion of old building.

Disliked: Bar open until midnight but have to go to reception to order a drink after a certain tome (not late). Breakfast good but not amazing for the level of hotel. Didn’t like being served eggs Benedict in a bowl instead of a plate. Very awkward to eat.
