  A comforatble hotel in a good Vienna location with easy access to public transport

  Liked: Our room was large with a balcony. It was clean, modestly furnished with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast included bacon, sausage and eggs and was more than sufficient to start the day. The hotel is on a relatively quiet street close to the river and metro and trams, and about 300 metres on foot to St Stephen’s and the main shopping and tourist areas. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby offering a range of cuisines. Would be happy to stay again.

  OK value for money. Splendid location

  Liked: Did not have high expectations, so good value for money. Breakfast was good and the breakfast waitreses worked were well.

  Comfortable, value for money

  Liked: Hotel is located right in the heart of city with walking distance to some of the popular attractions. Breakfast was very good.

  Pretty much ruined due to being given food which was not gluten free and being very ill as a result

  Liked: Location was perfect. Right near underground station and walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. Room was a good size and comfortable

  Disliked: I have coeliac disease and despite warning the hotel of this fact and asking the kitchen staff at breakfast for gluten free food, I was given a plate with various items of bread, cakes etc but which included one which turned out not to be gluten free. (Even after asking for confirmation from the staff that it was safe for me to eat) As a result I was extremely ill with sickness and as a result lost the whole of my first day of my 3 day stay. The kitchen staff did apologise the next day. Sadly however, this affected my overall experience of the hotel and subsequently my ratings
