    There are better hotels

Liked: It’s a great hotel in a fab location

Disliked: A double bed is not two single beds pushed together. Other things are the technology is poor and they actually ran out of salad stuff in the restaurant! 😂😂

    Absolute disgrace

Liked: The history of the hotel and reception staff

Disliked: It is a shame this hotel is run for tourists and not resident guests. Disgraceful that visitors off the street took priority over guest paying over £ 1000 a night in both bars and restaurants. I’ve never witnessed this anywhere and would never visit again. More of a tourist attraction than a hotel and as for this hotel being rated by conde Nast as in the top 100 you must be joking.

    GREAT HOLLIDAY, LOVELY PEOPLE

Liked: THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND SPACIOUS. GREAT LOCATION OF THE HOTEL.EXCELENT BREAKFAST.

Disliked: THE STAFF WAS GREAT, BUT I THINK THAT IT WILL BE NICE AND MORE FRIENDLY TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE STAFF. IN EVERY OTHER HOTELS THE STAFF HAVE A BADGE WITH THEIR NAMES.
