A very comfortable, modern hotel with friendly staff

Liked: I love the comfort of the hotel, and the friendly staff...

Disliked: Have stayed here many tines...However, one always has to wait till 3pm to get a room. Even though it is the official check in time...I wish there could be some exceptions, due to having to get changed for an event...

  Wonderful 3 night stay

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station and very close to a tram stop heading in to the old town. The tram takes about ten minutes max. Our room was bright and very comfortable and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really cheerful and very helpful during our stay and the hotel lobby has a nice buzz about it, with people having coffee and so on.
