Wien, wonderful museums and people would love to visit you again!

Liked: Good room but compared to Salzburg hotel Astoria the rooms were small, could havebeen bigger Very good breakfast, and helpful staff who were caring. Reception staff too were very helpful. We wanted to check for MSG/ Tasting powder and your staff promptly came back and guided us through. Very easy checkout no problems, very quick and fast. Good and better than many other European hotels. Excellent food by Nordsea at the station across- superb fish Must eat at Nord Sea... Aliya at Novotel was very good very insightful and helpful became a friend..Hopefully we will visit you again and stay with you and hope that the room is slightly bigger. She went out of her way to guide us as tourists visiting your country for the 1st time. She will grow as she is perceptive fun loving and helpful.

Disliked: Everything was very good only the rooms could be bigger as i said we had almost an apartment with the same facilities and slightly higher price in Salzburg Hotel Astoria.
