  Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Certainly would return

  Liked: Lovely stylish hotel. Very modern although it has an interesting history.Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff so friendly and efficent. Overall an amazing stay and we would stay again.

  Comfortable stay at quiet location, reasonably close to main sights

  Liked: Beautiful lobby and public spaces. Room well appointed although not fully sound proof

  Disliked: Long corridor from the lobby, the only part of the hotel that is the old stables; rooms not fully soundproof. Didn’t take the breakfast buffet because pricing made it an all or nothing choice for a three night stay

  Nice historic entrance but small bland rooms like an upmarket motel

  Liked: Good reception, front end of hotel was nice

  Disliked: Rooms were quite small, quite a lot of external noise through the window. Expecting something "boutique" or stylish but the rooms were like an upmarket motel, bland.

  Liked: Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and really comfortable rooms. I was staying for work, so it was nice to come back and relax in the pool and sauna at the end of the day. The cocktails at the bar were excellent too. Friendly staff, great facilities and a really enjoyable stay. Would happily recommend it.
