  Lovely hotel, lovely breakfast

  Liked: Hotel is modern and beautifully decorated, room was spacious and the shower was very nice.

  Disliked: Room cleaning is only upon request, which wander clearly explained to me - I was there for 5 nights and my room was cleaned only once.

  Stylish, creative hotel, but disappointing housekeeping for the price

  Liked: The location is excellent, and the room was great — comfortable, modern, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel has a really cool, creative vibe, and I especially loved the original idea of offering vinyl records that guests can play in their rooms. Such a fun and thoughtful touch! Another highlight is the rooftop bar, which is fantastic and adds a lot to the overall experience.

  Disliked: What really bothered me was the hotel's housekeeping policy. Guests are expected to request room cleaning in advance, apparently a day ahead, even for basic services such as making the bed, replacing towels, and replenishing toilet paper. The hotel presents this policy as a sustainability initiative, but I found that justification rather unconvincing. While I fully support genuine efforts to reduce environmental impact, this felt more like a cost-cutting measure disguised as environmental responsibility. At this price point, basic housekeeping should be part of the service. If the hotel chooses to reduce these services, that should be reflected in the room rate rather than justified under the convenient pretext of sustainability. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel has a lot going for it.

  Liked: heating was working very well we were upgraded for free garage in the hotel location is good

  Disliked: cleaning every 2 days probably worst towels I had in any hotel unable to switch lights in the bathroom separately no shelf in shower nor toilet non working coffee machine no slippers or any amenities in the room loud music till 10pm breakfast was below average nowhere to put towels

  Liked: Hotel had a cool vibe

  Disliked: Receptionist on check in was abysmal, very un-enthusiastic, gave no insight into events happening in hotel or where anything is located. Offered no advice as to local attractions. Accused me of not paying my booking during checkin (pre-booked and paid via booking.com), and then asked for me to show my bank statement that I had paid. At the end of the stay they had double charged me due to a system glitch of their own. They booked two rooms for me, and billed me for no showing to one of them. Upon check out, the same receptionist had no remorse or sympathy for the stay, didnt ask how it was, did not care at all. They cancelled my booking whilst I was staying at the hotel, causing me to have to get on the phone to booking.com to ensure that they dont kick me out of the hotel and take away my suitcases. Cleaning is provided only every other day! And you must request it. If you want daily cleaning its an additional surcharge. They dont mention this at any point in booking.

  Medium Hotel

  Liked: Very good location. Close to Mariahilfer street.

  Disliked: There weren't storage/closets for clothes and other things. Also the room is very dark even when all the light are on.
