Paid a premium for the location. Expected a basic level of comfort. The hot water really was a bit much after the other

  Liked: Location

Disliked: The heaters didn’t work for 2 of 3 nights (staff fixed after the 2nd message), the desk fan didn’t work (we used it to dry clothes, fixed by staff), the toaster tripped the power, the power points in the kitchen came out of the wall when unplugging the kettle and there was NO hot water on the last day so that really did it for us. Heading off on a long journey and no hot water for a shower.

The location here is premium! Facilities great, but kitchen could do with a few more items to make cooking easier

Liked: Central location, close to metro and eateries.

Disliked: Fine for making sandwiches, but if you want to cook a decent meal you might struggle. No air conditioning on 37 degree days. Couldn’t locate towels for kitchen or boards for chopping.

Liked: Great location. Spacious. Comfy. Has an elevator.

Disliked: The shower arrangement for the bathtub makes it very messy if showering instead of taking a bath.
