Liked: The location is perfect, easy to access, easy and clear to check in, check out, the host is very nice and very responsive, absolutely flawless communication. The appartment is equipment with everything.

Disliked: The carpet could be changed, honestly, it just so old and so stained that no matter how clean the room is, it gives a bit of an ick. Other than that, all is great.

Good Host, quality room, and great place to chill out

Liked: The owner communicated well with us and is very kind. The room was really nice and we felt at home here. The location has very nice restaurants both sit down and fast foods. We took advantage of both kinds and were pleased with the quality and taste of the food. Getting to different venues was easy as transportation was very close and is on the same block. That includes coming from the airport. As the name suggests, the opera house is just about 10 minutes walking distance away. The place seems old, but you soon forget that notion when you walk into the rental unit as it looks well maintained and spotless.

Disliked: Caution: This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the name of the concert nearby. When you book for the Musikverein concert, Google Maps directs you to the wrong place. The building look similar but be sure to absolutely know the difference,
