  Very clean and comfortable hotel

  Liked: The room and bed were very good. The bathroom was lovely but separated from the toilet which was a pain if you needed to wash your hands if someone else was in the bathroom. The location was good and easy to get to the centre via the metro. We paid for breakfast and it was okay 7/10

  Disliked: Separate toilet and bathroom was a bit strange when you needed to wash your hands and someone else was in the bathroom. The breakfast was €18 each and it was okay, just about worth it. Maybe a toaster for the bread. The location is easy to get to the centre via the metro. The area is quite noisy as it is right by the metro line but this is also an advantage!

  Liked: Everything was perfect. The staff was really helpful since before the stay. Answering all my doubts and also making sure that my birthday was a great experience. The breakfast was varied and always with great quality. Thank you for providing us with the best sunset views from Viena.

  Good accommodation

  Liked: We stayed at Leonardo Hotel Vienna City West during our visit to Vienna. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although there are a couple of things that could definitely be improved. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city center. The hotel itself is clean, and breakfast is available for guests who prefer to eat at the hotel.

  Disliked: However, the sound insulation of the windows needs improvement. Every time a tram passes, you can clearly hear it inside the room. We’ve stayed in many hotels close to train stations, metro lines and tram routes before, but never experienced this level of noise inside the room. Better soundproofing would make a big difference. Another issue is the bathroom design. The shower area is quite narrow and not properly separated from the rest of the bathroom. After taking a shower, water spreads across the floor, which is inconvenient. This really needs a better solution. Apart from these two issues, we had a good stay. The location and cleanliness are definitely positive points. With better sound insulation and a more practical shower design, the overall experience would be much better.
