  Liked: Excellent location, just 5 minutes from Wien Hauptbahnhof and 2 minutes from Keplerplatz U1 station. The room was modern, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed, including a very practical kitchenette and kitchen appliances. Despite staying on the first floor and being so close to the main station, the room was surprisingly quiet, and I wasn't disturbed by any outside noise. I also appreciated the customer support. Even though I experienced a technical issue, the team was approachable, professional, and genuinely solution-oriented. They listened to my concerns and made an effort to find a satisfactory resolution, which I really valued.

  Disliked: There was a technical issue with the heating system during my stay, which unfortunately took longer than expected to resolve. However, the customer service team eventually handled the situation professionally and took my concerns seriously.

  Liked: Clean and great location with full kitchen accessories. Near to few supermarkets to do grocery also. Very near to metro station so is easily accessible to everywhere.

  If it wouldnt stink like hell it would be a decent stay

  Disliked: The ventilation smells like periodontitis (horrible smell btw), there were stains all over the bathroom floor, the Shower Curtain was stained, the Toilet randomly flushed on its own
