  I felt fooled

  Liked: I liked the location and the size of the apartment. It was clean and had all necessary features.

  Disliked: I was disappointed about the misleading information. The picture of the outside marketplace made me believe that this will be the view. The apartment is not near this square, and the view is inside of the courtyard. Very pretty, with old style balcony galleries, but not the one that the picture makes you believe. The second and biggest disappointment was that the sauna is not included in the price of the stay. When booking this apartment I was choosing between this and another place and I decided to pay more for this one so I can use the sauna. But it was turned off, so I had to contact the host (who was unresponsive) and after several attempts he replied that I had to pay extra, and I have to go to a nearby cafe to pick up a key to turn it on. And I have to pay a deposit to use it. At no point during booking process it was mentioned that the sauna is extra. In my experience, when I booked at other properties, they stated in the description and in the welcome message that their facilities are extra cost, and they stated the cost. I did find in one place in this ad that it does say that sauna is extra, but no price is mentioned and you have to really look for that “extra” mention. The sauna is $60 per hour with a $250 deposit. The unused portion of the deposit is returned. They bill you at 30 minutes, so if you use the sauna for 31 minutes, you will be billed for a full hour. It warms up very slowly: I had it on for (almost) 90 minutes and it did not get to 80 F in that time. I another thing worth mentioning is the bathroom situation. The bathrooms have glass walls, with a cover in the midpart, but you still have to be quite comfortable with your travel group to use the toilet or shower.

  Very nice stay, I would recommend it

  Liked: Excellent location, very spacious apartment, modern and clean, elegantly decorated.

  Disliked: There was a strange noise in one of the bedrooms - something like an alarm beeping which was happening from time to time even in the night. We could not find out from where was that noise but it was disturbing especially in the night. I suppose this is something which can be eliminated.

  Lovely hidden appartment in Central Vienna, spacious and comfortable

  Liked: Great location within a hidden courtyard in central Inner Vienna. Easy walking to all major attractions, restaurants and bars. Had good amenities and comfortable living area.

  Disliked: One of the bathrooms is within the large bedroom with glass walls, which was not ideal for a group.
