  Avoid this property

  Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The property was nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com and was in a condition I found completely unacceptable, so I left immediately and did not stay there. I had to book another accommodation for the same dates, meaning I effectively paid twice for the same dates. What is even more frustrating is that it has now been two months, and despite contacting Booking.com about the situation, I still have not received a proper response, resolution, or even a partial refund for the money I paid. You can see here multiple reviews from other guests describing very similar issues with the property. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend to stay away.

  Liked: We canceled our stay as soon as we’ve seen the room after climbing 4 floors (broken hiss) with 2 small kids.

  Making money through misleading photographs and unrealistic promises is completely unacceptable

  Liked: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Photos, Poor Hygiene and Unsafe Surroundings I wish I could give this hotel zero stars because even one star feels too generous. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The pictures advertised online are completely misleading. The actual hotel looks nothing like the photographs, and I was absolutely shocked and disappointed when we arrived. The hotel is located in an area that felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for a family with a young child. I felt genuinely frightened walking along the streets surrounding the property. The atmosphere made me constantly worry about our personal safety and belongings. I did not feel safe or relaxed at any point during our stay. The hotel itself was equally disappointing. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor, and the overall maintenance was far below acceptable standards. There was no proper reception area, just a lady sitting near the entrance. There was also no usable lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The entire property felt neglected, poorly maintained and completely different from what was advertised. It was nowhere near the standard I expected when making the booking. I was so uncomfortable that I seriously considered leaving immediately and booking another hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find suitable alternative accommodation at that time, so we had no choice but to manage for one night. I was relieved when we finally checked out.

  Disliked: My advice to other travellers: Please do not trust the advertised pictures. They do not accurately represent the actual condition of this hotel. I would strongly discourage families, especially those travelling with young children, from booking this property based on my experience. This was an extremely unpleasant, stressful and disappointing stay. The hotel urgently needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, facilities and transparency in its advertising. I would never stay here again, and I certainly would not recommend it to anyone. Zero stars from me.

  Liked: It’s close to the underground, WiFi works as expected.

  Disliked: This is not a hotel. It’s an abandoned hotel the lift does not work and there is no reception. Someone took a couple of hotel rooms and they rent it. The shutters are not working so the room is always dark and the bathroom smells from cigarette. It was on the third floor and we climbed the 62 steps a good couple of times. You cannot use the air conditioner.

  It’s disappointing

  Liked: Breakfast only

  Disliked: Hotel does not have reception. Lift was not working. Staircase was dirty. They did not ask for any documents even we are foreign national. Coffee cream has expiry date of May 2026. In short it’s not hotel. We are very disappointed.
