  Liked: The hotel is very well located, just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop and another 2 minutes from the metro station, making it very easy and quick to reach the city center. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Jacob at the reception, who was extremely professional and welcoming. Highly recommended!

  Liked: Great quiet location,three minutes walking to metro stop and five minutes with metro to Karlplatz metro station. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom,perfect breakfast,kind and helpful stuff. Surely we'll choose it again in the future Many thanks

  It was very nice

  Liked: Room was at the corner and all in glass. That was nice but during the day it warmed up so much and at night it was cold-ish. Breakfast was awesome, freshly made omlet was the best. Location is perfect for us with the dog. Several parks around and places to eat were superb.

  Disliked: Like in most of the hotels room temperature varies and it is super hard to make it confortable for sleeping. Cleaning crew could be more responsive, especially when they are charging 15 EUR per day in addition for a dog.

  Liked: I booked a room at this hotel because last time I stayed there, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Both was still true this time.

  Disliked: After I paid for the room at the check-in, the employee at the desk handed me a form and told me she "needed" two signatures from me. On the form there was a data protection waiver when joining some kind of club and a permission for the hotel to withdraw money from my bank account if necessary. I told her that I had just paid in advance for my whole stay and that I also didn't intend to join a club. Only after insisting a second time that I wouldn't sign anything on this form, she reluctantly accepted. Upon entering my room, I discovered several long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the sink. Then I stepped on a hard piece of transparent plastic, probably a piece of packaging from some toiletry. So I went to the desk again and politely informed the woman there that my bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. She replied that she would send somebody to clean the room immediately. However, for the duration of my stay, nobody came to clean the bathroom. It seems to me that the quality of this hotel has taken a steep nosedive since the recent change of ownership. A clean room and a somewhat reliable staff are the bare minimum not only for a four-star hotel, but for any hotel. I won't return.
