  Good

Liked: Very helpful and efficient communication. Especially when travelling by car, it‘s great to use the garage. The apartment was clean and the rooftoppool is awesome.

Disliked: The bathroom had a strong smell coming from the sink and the bed makes loud noises when someone is moving.

  I recommend it

Liked: The rooftop terrace, the view and the pool were fantastic. Very clean. The host was very helpful. Close to public transport.

Disliked: Some noise from the street, but the view compensated for it.

  Pleasant

Liked: Communication with the host, everything went smoothly – contactless and without any issues. Location is excellent, there is a nice park nearby and a metro station to get to the city centre.

Disliked: Although the building and the apartment itself look very neat in the photos, there are several things we really didn’t like: The bed – the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in at any accommodation. We barely got any sleep. The bed squeaks loudly and any movement causes vibrations on the other side – it urgently needs to be replaced. Cleanliness – not at a satisfactory level. The windows were extremely dirty, as was the balcony, and we found bundles of dust in the wardrobes. The bed linen and towels provided were clean, but that’s about it. The walls were scratched and dirty, and overall the entire apartment lacked cleanliness and comfort, giving the impression of being very poorly maintained. Although this accommodation has great potential and is in an excellent location, hygiene and maintenance need to be significantly improved. Same applies to the whole building itself.
