  Disliked: This is the first time in my life that the showers in all 3 rooms we booked have broken down, and the hotel has taken no responsibility for cancelling our reservation without any prior notice. We sent an email, but received no response or refund. They ruined our vacation! 😡

  Does the job, don’t do business here

  Liked: Welcoming staff Close to congress centre

  Disliked: 3-star version of other Melias, with a view, probably from management issues: - don’t book 57 floor restaurant over internet, they’ll move you without notice to ground floor staircase meatballs buffet - don’t expect food and space at The Level, you’ll get a cake and pickles if you’re lucky - don’t ask for an hour of later checkout, they’ll tell you the hotel is full even if there are 30+ same day rooms available (post conference) on booking.com - don’t try to land a business deal there, they’ll be filtering who goes up to The Level with you - if you want to feel homesick, try the avocado eggs and start missing Spain. - I don’t think there is hope for better if you go through the hassle of annoying reward program that is as painful as an airline mileage one

  Disliked: Dear Booking.com Team, I would like to express my disappointment with the hotel’s luggage assistance service. Upon arrival, the hotel staff, housekeeping team, and bellboy refused to assist me with bringing my luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. Unfortunately, the same situation happened during checkout. Despite parking my car directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance at 8:00 AM, the staff again refused to assist with my luggage. This level of service is unacceptable and disappointing, especially from a hotel where guests expect basic assistance with their luggage. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action. Best regards,

  Disliked: The entrance and drop off location were not easy to find for drivers, since the signage is not clear enough on the way...That made a hard start for the stay.
