Liked: I firstly loved the design of the rooms: from the spaciousness to the thoughtfulness behind it (underlit beds that would only activate a dimmed light when walking around so you don't have to turn on a light when going to the bathroom? Loved that!; Chromecast? That's perfect) The team at the hotel: very kind and helpful; I arrived around 12 p.m. to leave my luggage and then explore Vienna for a bit, but they found an available room, and I could check in early. Grateful for that. And everything was spotless. We opted for twin beds and they were a tiny narrower than what we expected. But comfortable.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station. The staff were very welcoming and friendly on the first day.

Disliked: The surrounding area is not nice. The breakfast staff were very unfriendly. On both days, most of the dates tables in the breakfast area were left dirty and uncleared.
