Very nice flat with some drawbacks

Liked: Spacious appartement with good facilities. Good location in center of town.

Disliked: Host is a large company apparently. A telephone number was provided in the welcome E mail but that did not work: no reply. Contact via booking.com E mail only. A bit scary. Lack of instructions in the flat. High tech door code. But luckily it worked. We were unfortunate to have very noisy upstairs neighbours. Screaming and running children until 12 at night. There are many many stairs inside and outside the apartment block.
