Very pleasant start, would definitely recommend

Liked: Great place to stay! Very positive about the whole experience.

Disliked: Rather comment: One need to use the right screen when fetching the key at the later hours, I accidentally tried to enter my code etc into the right of the two screens which was wrong. The vending machine is very good, but the tooth paste got stuck and I had to pay the time to make it fall. But vi that can happen anywhere.

Overall we have good experience and strongly recommend to book Parks 73 in Vienna

Liked: We booked Parks 73 hotel apartments for two nights and extended for one more day as location was ideal, tram passing front road. Coffee shop, restaurant were closed to the hotel. Rooms was neat and clean, enough for 4 person, fully functional kitchen, price was reasonable. Front desk staff very cooperative and served us welcome coffee.

Disliked: Iron need to be available in the rooms.

Great stay in Vienna's Landstraße district

Liked: My spouse and I stayed in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a large bathroom, a separate toilet, plenty of storage, a small balcony, and lots of natural light. Despite being on a major street, the soundproof windows kept it very quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near trams, buses, shops, restaurants, Belvedere Palace (15-minute walk), and Wien Hauptbahnhof (20-minute walk). We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna.

Disliked: The only downside for us was the checkout time of 10 am
