Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: It was such a lovely, charming pension in a beautiful old building. It had a traditional atmosphere, and I really felt the history of the place. The people were so lovely and welcoming, and everything about my stay was wonderful! The view from the breakfast area was amazing, and I could even see St. Stephen’s Cathedral! I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much for everything!
Not worth more than 50 euro per night
Disliked: Everything was very old, and the interior and overall atmosphere were extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The radiator that heated the room with hot water made a constant, very unpleasant noise. Because of this, I was forced to leave the hotel on the very day I checked in.
Vienna city break
Liked: It was a very clean property, The rooms were lovely and warm and there was always a beautiful smell along the corridor.
Disliked: Well there wasn't anything that i didn't like. However it would be nice to have a kettle in the room,to have a tea or coffee.Maybe this is something that could be in the future, other than that my stay was very good
Liked: Emplacement top, lit confortable, perssonel aimable.
Disliked: Panne ascenceur possible.
Great location, not so great facilities
Liked: The breakfast was fabulous, especially the personell working there - so very kind, flexible and helpful. The location is truly core city center.
Disliked: Value for money is poor. And some of the descriptions are quite misleading: ensuit bathroom meant for one room within the appartment. The others had to walk through that room. Shared toilet meant not shared between rooms within an appartment, but between appartments (so on the corridor, essentially shared between 4 rooms = 8 people). And there was no separated sink there, so to wash ones hands, one had to walk through rooms into their en suite again... Not ideal. The elevator is malfunctional, we got stuck twice and opted to walk (8th floor for the reception and breakfast room, 6th to our room - with luggage) therafter. No shower but bathtub with curtain. No toilet in the bathroom but only on the corridor. Glass door for the bathroom in a shared appartment - so a little revealing. Maybe only share with super close family or best friends.
Lovely and clean hotel. Highly recommend it
Liked: Excellent value for the price. Outstanding breakfast and accommodating staff.
Disliked: Nothing
