exceptional service, location and very reasonable cost

Liked: superb central location, great atmosphere in friendly family hotel. Helpful and informative. Speedy response to questions prior to arrival. We chose a budget twin room and it was excellent. Clean, great shower, super breakfast. Great value for money. We used the hotel shuttle again great value for money. The owner picked us up for private fast and informative trip straight to the hotel! Greatly exceed our expectations.

Disliked: we chose to have a budget stay, so room not large but had everything we needed and more. No restaurant for lunch or dinner but everything you could need within steps.

  Great location but dated property

Liked: The location cannot be beat, overlooking the Neuer Markt and just a block from the metro station.

Disliked: It is a pretty old, worn property. I'm sure the price would have been higher if it were more updated so you really do get what you pay for. The rooms are small, but so is the price, relatively speaking.
