Liked: It was a great experience! There was a warm atmosphere and also the staff was friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything you needed to your daily routine (soap, body wash, toilet paper, so many towels…). We are so keen to have chosen this hotel for our first couple trip to Vienna. Thank you

The stay was pleasant (though it could have been very pleasant, were it not for the excessive noise

Liked: The room was large, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and varied, and the staff there were very kind. The hotel's parking area/garage is large and spacious. I was able to park my car with ease.

Disliked: However, we were very inconvenienced by the excessive noise from roadworks taking place right in front of the hotel (starting as early as 6 a.m.). It would have been helpful if, at check-in, we had been advised to choose a different room in a quieter part of the hotel.

Excellent hotel with great rooms, great staff and well connected to everything in the city

Liked: Had to rebook as an emergency to this hotel as when we arrived to our original accommodation (somewhere else) we found it appalling. We arrived in the morning and the staff at reception were very understanding of our stress from our other experience and immediately gave us our room so we could actually unpack for the rest of our holiday. All the ladies at reception through our stay were not only extremely professional but also very charming. The room was perfect, a great size, with two armchairs, a writing desk, a very large bed, a large wardrobe (with a safe too), a large bathroom with a great shower, and in the room there is also a (very quiet) mini bar fridge that one can use for their own food. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We were on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all. Checkout was also very quick and smooth and they have a large locked room were you are allowed to leave your luggage (pre check-in if arriving too early, or after check-out if like us we weren't leaving the city until the afternoon). We didn't have breakfasts in the hotel but the room looked really comfortable and the staff very welcoming. We would definitely try and book again if visiting Vienna. The journey from and to the airport is really easy: about 800 metres to the St Marx S station for the direct S7 train, which only takes about 18 minutes. And the hotel is very well connected by underground (U), trams and buses to the city centre, with an average journey of 20-25 minutes, depending on destination of course.

  Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

  Well

Liked: Location is ok, on a spot where we needed it.

Disliked: One room was ok but the other was bad. Windows were bolted shut. The AC didn't work. It was terribly hot in the room. The staff said they couldn't do anything, summer is over. Luckily it was only for one night.
