  This hotel is amazing. I can recommend to stay there. The staff are really helpful and polite

  Liked: The hotel is in the new Wienerberg City region, so it is really modern and quiet. Also, the transportation is really good. Breakfast was really nice, you can choose what you want.

  Excellent Breakfasts – Another Reason to Return to PLAZA Premium Wien

  Liked: This wasn’t my first stay at PLAZA Premium Wien. I’ve already shared my impressions of the rooms, accommodation and overall hotel experience in a previous review. This time, I’d like to focus specifically on the breakfasts, which I thoroughly enjoyed during all four mornings of my stay. Breakfast is served as a varied international buffet, offering a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. There is everything you need for a great start to the day: fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, meatballs, baked beans, cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, nuts, fresh fruit and various accompaniments. I also appreciated the selection of coffee and other beverages. What I particularly liked was the variety, neat presentation and well-organised breakfast service. Whether you prefer a hearty English-style breakfast or a lighter continental option, there is plenty to choose from. During my four mornings here, I never felt the need to look for breakfast anywhere else. A few tips from a returning guest: * Book a room with breakfast included. In my opinion, it’s definitely worth it, especially if you’re planning to spend several days exploring Vienna. * Don’t limit yourself to the usual coffee and croissant. The buffet offers enough variety to enjoy something different every morning. * If you have a busy day ahead, I recommend having a proper breakfast at the hotel rather than spending your morning searching for a café. * When booking, pay attention to the room rate and check whether breakfast is included. As a returning guest, I can say that PLAZA Premium Wien continues to be a reliable choice for me. After this stay, I can confidently recommend not only the hotel itself but also its breakfast buffet.

  Good place to stay in Wien

  Liked: Clean, quiet area, well equiped hotel. It is a very good destination for being in Wien by car, even that there is a bus station nearby. Very good breakfast, very nice room, exactly the way I booked (except that the sauna wasn't available(

  Disliked: The sauna didn't work and I wasn't informed, even that it was one of my criteria of chosing this hotel The receptionist (only one from the people I was talking to) was very rude, even after I talked at the phone with another person from his team.

  Nice stay but the parking issue creates a lower level of satisfaction

  Liked: Clean and welcoming.

  Disliked: It has no free parking, although the hotel has it’s own private parking area under the building. You need to pay the parking extra, even if you you are staying at their hotel.

  Not worth the money

  Liked: The room was big

  Disliked: The organization is quite disappointing. Parking is not free for hotel guests, and if you want to charge your electric vehicle, there is an additional fee of €0.59 per kWh. The reception service was also very poor. People were cutting in line, and the receptionist did not seem to notice or do anything about it. When I asked for information about parking and EV charging, the response was, “I don’t know, I have too many emails to deal with.” Another disappointment was the lack of a proper spa. The hotel advertises spa facilities, but in reality, there is only a sauna and a gym. Overall, the organization and customer service need significant improvement. The lack of clear information and the disappointing facilities made the experience much less enjoyable than expected.
