Our 3-night stay is very good and wish to comeback someday

Liked: The location is excellent next to the Vienna central train station. The hotel and the rooms are neat and tidy. Breakfast is reasonable compared to the price being charged.

Disliked: There is no coffee maker in the room or at least water kettle to boil the water. The wall in the bathroom facing the bed is transparent, therefore, when the bathroom light is on, if reflects in the room itself.

Convenient location for public transport and walking

Liked: The location of Prize is truly exceptional - being right next to the HBF, it's super convenient to get to-and-from the Airport, as well as to take the metro to the rest of the city. It's also right next to the Belvedere Palace/Gardens and the Vienna Arsenal, making it a fantastic first stop in Vienna. The 24/7 reception desk was helpful, and the room was comfortable and well-sized for the price paid. The toilet also had a heated floor, which was a nice plus.

Disliked: Reception can get a little busy, with typically only one person working making it hard to cope with a sudden influx of guests. Hotel wifi was better than average, but still prone to sudden drops in speed when in the room.

Considering the price and quality, it was worth the money

Liked: Although check-in is at 15:00, we were able to check in at 11:00 because we arrived early.

Hotel/room great, employees needs some polish

Liked: Great stay! The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, had a 9hour sleep like a baby, and early check-in (1 hour early) was a huge plus. It’s also wonderful that the hotel is pet-friendly.

Disliked: At reception, a really nice girl (braided hair, pierced) was working efficiently and providing great help. However, check-in was slow due to a queue, and another employee—a guy with short gray hair—came to assist. He seemed completely unbothered and annoyed by his work. He kept running his hands through his hair and picking at his nails while handling my passport, which felt unhygienic. When I asked about parking, he told us to ring the bell when leaving, but forgot to mention that only the entrance bell actually works. Later, while waiting at the bar to get an aperitivo for our takeaway dinner, staff were just chitchatting at the reception desk instead of helping.
