  Nice hotel in Vienna

Liked: Nice breakfast, nice clean beds!

Disliked: The staff showed no interest in the customers than before I stayed 2 years ago. Of course, when I asked something, the staff could answered. Are all young people today like that? On other note, is it standard for you not to clean the dust off the floor, even when staying for several days?

Liked: Great room, not really close to town but easy to reach by bus. Bus stop is right in front of hotel like less than 100m. Really recommended and worth it. You can take public transport and go anywhere you want.

  Centrally located nice hotel

Liked: Centrally located, large hotel. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Railway Station is at 2 km distance. Markets, Tram staions are nearby. But sightseeing places are 5-6 km away.

Disliked: Basic facility such as Toothbrush kit was missing. Most of housekeeping staff was of Arabic immigrants who didnt understand English. Had a hard time communicating.

Liked: What I expected was there. Good breakfast.

Disliked: There were no extras, no surprises. Everything was standard compared to my last stay somewhere else that was three stars but felt four.
