  Disliked: Although the Flat is spacious and clean, this is not a 2 bedroom property as advertised. It is a one bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room but that doesn't mean that's a 2 bedroom. Also, all manuals are not in English so there's no way of even reading and knowing what's written. Although the host was helpful quickly responding to queries, unfortunately, we didn't have a good time as the apartment was extremely cold. Very! When we enquired we were told it takes hours for the underfloor heating to come on, which again was not written anywhere. It didn't work! Spent 2 days freezing for a birthday trip which left a sour taste for me!

  Excellent apartment, beautiful view and close to public transport

  Liked: Easy access to the apartment and the existence of a grocery store right in the building - Bila. A beautiful view not only from the apartment but from the rooftop. What we couldn't understand is that in the pictures available at the site, there is a fireplace on the rooftop, but we couldn't find it.

  Disliked: A chair on the terrace was broken, but it leaned against the wall so that you couldn't see it. I sat and crashed on the floor, could have been hurt. The drainage in the shower/bathtub needs some care; it is very clogged. The checkout is very early, 10 AM, and I had to wait to go to the airport. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday and everything was closed. I didn't have the option for WiFi access. The receptionist told me, "Only for owners". I stayed 10 days and had my kids, all adults, coming for the weekend and asked for a new set of towels. The charge is pretty hefty, 4 towels for 40 Euros. Even if I had bought new towels at the shop, it would have been cheaper. In all previous apartments that I stayed in Vienna over the years, if you stay longer than a week, a replacement of towels, bedding and sometimes a cleaning is included.

  Liked: A great location and great views.

  Disliked: We had read other complaints and expected the same. Scrimping on little things to save money at the time, effort, and cost to their customers. For example; a 4 night stay with 3 people and we were only allocated one and one half rolls of toilet paper. They also really grind on the point of "we have a full accounting of what is in the room and will know if you steal something" and "the room had better be clean when you leave". I don't know about you, but I don't think that I should have to clean, take the garbage out or provide my own toilet paper.!

  Liked: Location and Roof pool

  Disliked: We booked a 2 Bedroom apartment for my daughter and I. It turned to be 1 Bedroom and pull down sofa. The bathrooms were dirty. The floors uncleaned freezer completely frozen over. Isat on a chair in the balcony and it collapsed. The extractor fan was clogged with dirt. The toilet roll holder was hanging off.
