The Ruby Lissi Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location in Vienna!

Liked: Location was perfect in the heart of Old Vienna. Rooms were small but very clean and bed very comfortable. Loved the boutique atmosphere and theme of an old ship.

Disliked: Would be nice to have a fridge in the room and the temperature of the room was difficult to control (very warm).

  Very friendly front desk

Liked: The room is very clean and the guy at the front desk was very helpful.

Disliked: The cleaners started making such loud noise with the trolley and the conversation even before 7 in the morning as I could hear everything in my room and hard to get back to sleep after got woken up by all the noises.

Modern hotel in the centre of Vienna

Liked: The location was great, it was a clean, modern hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet. My room was a decent size. The bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The only chair in the room was a desk chair, I would have preferred an armchair to watch tv/ relax. The tv was only in german outside of a few news channels in english/ french. Understandable but many hotels now offer Netflix/ YouTube on their tvs so guests can watch things in their own languages. The curtains let in a bit of light but it wasn’t so bad.
