Clean, quiet, sunny and hot apartment

Liked: Everything is very good, clean, and sunny. It is near the Metro station.

Disliked: It is not an issue but there is no climate control for the hot summer season, it is very hard to cool down the apartment. Also there are no mosquito nets on the windows if you decide to leave them open in an attempt to cool down the premises. Vienna should learn and allow A/C systems to be installed by local residents …

Liked: I liked that there was a free parking space, also the location - there were shops nearby and the metro was close. It was clean and there was enough space. The neighbourhood was pleasant and the building was a new development. You have a balcony with a calm view. I would stay herea second time.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Good

Liked: Apartment was very clean and cozy.

Disliked: Comunication and instructions from owner. If you come by car, exit the garage by pulling the red rope located 10 meters from the exit.
