Exceptional and comfy property for the price you pay with good connection to the city

Liked: The property was well maintained and very spacious. We had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed very comfortable.

Disliked: The only downside was the traffic noice from the street but it was manageable.

Was unable to access the unit but given the building would NOT recommend

Liked: It was code access but i did not receive ANY information as to the code or even the specific unit in the bldg. I had to call Booking.com. They were unable to contact the owner either. The booking was cancelled.

Disliked: The building was unmarked except for a very small bldg number. The building was in a poor state of repair, the front door was battered and unlocked. Clearly no security. The entry was a simple hallway that was also run down and poorly lit. There were a number of mailboxes on the wall but no information as to the rental unit.

  Great city

Liked: Really clean, deep bathtub, comfortable bed, kettle, fridge, blackout blinds, nothing was broken. As a place to rest after a full day out in the city, this was restful and convenient for public transport. Trams/underground/ walk to main train station. If you like cocktails, head round the corner to Fuego.

Disliked: Getting into bed was a real struggle because of the sloping ceilings. So was accessing the fridge, which has the door hinges on the wrong side. Be prepared for bumped heads. There was no way to switch off lights from the bed. A bedside table and lamp would solve that. Street noise was bad (trams, sirens) so earplugs are a must! The general area did not feel great at night but I was fine. Maybe spruce up the entryway at street level.

Liked: Apartment was very clean, tidy and close to shops and station. It had a very modern setup and all amenities. Very nice view from the apartment.

Disliked: There was only one AC in the living room but the bed room inside had no fan or AC and it was too suffocating and hot to sleep in that room. A fan inside the room was a necessity.

  Liked: Closeness to the station

Disliked: Pillows not enough. Continental pillows only is not a good idea

  Modern and Spotlessly Clean

Liked: Very modern and spotlessly clean little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Check in process was very easy. Facilities were good.

Disliked: Its a bit far from the center so you need to either walk an hour each way or take a cab or bus. But the location has a lot of amenities like shops and cafes and it is walkable from central train station.
