  Location. Convenient. Clean. 24 hours staff and welcoming. Washing machine

  Liked: Big and nice apartment. Clean-they clean your room everyday and replace towels. Full kitchen. Everything is provided. Coffee machine. Location. Only 300 meters and you are in the main square of Vienna. Big supermarket only 200 meters from accomodation Walking distance to all major attractions Common Washing machine and dryer at the basement.about 3 euro per load

  Nice hotel. Great location. Not the most helpful staff

  Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were nice and location was great.

  Disliked: Staff was not the friendliest in the world. We booked two rooms for 4 people but they insisted booking.com only sent them a reservation for 2 people for two rooms so charged us for two extra breakfasts per day. Disappointing. Booking.com was no help either and we won't be using them again. Parking garage has very small parking slots and very difficult to maneuver in. Almost couldn't get our car out after another guest blocked our exit.

  Recommend got Vienna

  Liked: Fabulous location, easy walking to many sites and trams are also very close. The room was very clean and there is a lift, and staff are friendly. The room is a good size, lots of bench space in the bathroom. Lots of bars and restaurants just out the door and a good size supermarket in a few hundred metres. We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights.
