  Liked: Good location, good size of a studio, restaurants and stores in front of the hotel.

  Disliked: Since I am a frequent traveller and saw a lot of accommodations, this time I need to give, unfortunately, a negative feedback. The floor was very sticky and the toilet was dirty with urine on the toilet seat and there were also cutted nails in the toilet water, really terrible. I came very late in the evening and really did not have strength to discuss this with somebody or call somebody and there is nobody at reception. Also there is a lot of noise outside, only from 2 am until 5:30 am you can get a decent sleep. The pillows are enormously thin.

  Really pleased

  Liked: Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Good amount of space and storage for 2 people. Quiet area. Close to some shops and restaurants, and very close to the metro station. Self check-in is convenient. Would 100% stay here again.

  Disliked: Nothing. Everything was good.

  Grateful for a calm, relaxing stay

  Liked: Super responsive to fix issues and address requests. Super convenient and great internet. The most practical aparthotel we have stayed in for your budget.

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike. However, adding an oven would put them over the top.

  Great receptionist at this location

  Liked: The receptionist in Heiligenstadt is amazing. Christina was always prompt in helping us whenever we needed something. If not for her, my experience with Smartments would not have been great. Great furniture, carefully chosen and providing ample storage space. Good quality bed and beddings, nice shower with good water pressure.

  Disliked: - during our 1 month stay there was a lot of noise from the other flats. Because they don’t have 24h receptions, quiet hours are not respected and are almost impossible to enforce. We had to call the police twice but that didn’t help either - floors have little to no insulation and you will often hear footsteps or stomping from everyone around or above you - prices are way too high in my opinion for the services delivered. I booked studio XL for 1850€ /month initially.When I wanted to extend prices went up to 2900€….
