Fabulous, really comfortable, and very helpful staff for us who were visiting Wien for the first tim

Liked: Breakfast, and recognition of my daughter's birthday without being asked.

  Disliked: A better evening menu.

  Hotel was great

Liked: The hotel was great. Breakfast delicious.

Disliked: Our only issue was that it wasn't super convenient to public transit. Most trips to the old town required a ten-minute walk or more. But that's not the hotel's fault. Just something to consider. Also, quite noisy at 5 am on garbage day.

Good to know

This is an allergy friendly hotel. Guests who bring their pets are asked to understand that their four-legged friends are welcome to stay in the hotel rooms, but not in the breakfast restaurant and the lounge/bar.
