  Liked: 1) The hotel is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood, just a few minutes' walk from the Austrian Parliament Building and very close to the historic center (a leisurely 10–15 minute walk). 2) Excellent service provided by highly professional staff who are very friendly and attentive to guests' needs and wishes at every level. I would especially like to mention the manager, Viktor, who was incredibly helpful and provided us with many useful tips. This made our stay in Vienna as comfortable as possible and filled it with very positive experiences. 3) The breakfasts are fresh, delicious, and offer a great variety. 4) The room is very clean, with high-quality daily housekeeping. The beds are comfortable.

  peaceful and comfortable base for our city adventure

  Liked: excellent location - close to the centre either on foot or public transport (underground and trams). Very helpful and friendly staff who helped us arrange dinner and generally looked after us. Really enjoyed having drinks in the courtyard garden - very peaceful you wouldn't believe that the city was in full flow outside. The room was comfortable and roomy.

  Disliked: Enjoyed it all. We thought breakfast was a tad expensive so went elsewhere and there are excellent alternatives close by.

  4 Night Trip

  Liked: Good Hotel with Great helpfull staff, Rooms comftable, clean, & large comfy bed. Good continental breakfast with extras cooked to order. Hotel within 10mins slow walk down to the Horburgh & the main shopping areas & resteraunts close by. Great value for location in Vienna.
