  Liked: Apartment was nice and spacious

  Disliked: The bed was extremely squeaky. The door to the bedroom also kept making noise which was frustrating whilst I was sleeping.

  One night in Vienna

  Liked: Great location from U-bahn as well as being walking distance to a few sights within 10 mins radius. Free tea and coffee during reception opening hours, as well as luggage storage for either before or after checkin/checkout. Helpful staff too and maps/guides.

  Disliked: We had apartment 401 which is on the top floor accessed by a tiny lift which only took 1 person and 1 large suitcase... not a problem. However, once up to the 4th floor you have to negotiate 4 steps down and 4 steps back up again on a 90° degree corner and with a 23kg suitcase proved a little daunting. I did it, but would have rather not, or would have preferred to have been warned.

  Liked: We picked the place because it had an elevator, because my husband has problems with his knees we are older couple. Apt was on 4th floor and the last day the elevator broke down. We asked an employee for help the bring the luggage down he refusrd and was very rude.

  Disliked: Shower curtain very dirty.
