  Bad stay. Zero value for money

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Very bad service, i had the worst room looking on backside with no view and very small one window, i asked to pay an upgrade or change the room but reception refused!! Two choices of restaurants only with limited menu and close early, awful breakfast, i don’t advice to stay there, many other good option to stay in the city, i gave it 4 stars max. And its shame to call it ritz Carlton

  We love it❤️

  Liked: Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always available 24/7. The food, the rooms, and the entire hotel were beautiful. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience, and we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended!

  Very convenient and beautiful location, kind people, hotel security could be improved

  Liked: Great room with high ceiling and very comfortable bed. Bathroom great and temperature control good. Location perfect and beautiful right at the edge of the park. People lovely incl the breakfast experience.

  Disliked: There was a second front entrance near the main entrance, but it was never attended and I was never informed that it was actually the better entrance for my room, avoiding extra sets of stairs up and down. However, I felt a bit insecure whenever I used it as there was no security there, so anyone could enter the hotel there and access the entire building and all floors without being stopped.

  Liked: It’s out of my surprise to the check-in service of this five- star hotel, firstly we arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time. We were asked to wait for a bit. We had our big lunch and came back after 3:00 pm, we were told the room is still not ready, we ended up waiting another 30 minutes.

  4 days celebration my wife’s 65th birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary. Both events made special by the hotel staff

  Liked: The suite was fantastic and the Hotel staff amazing we celebrated our Ruby wedding anniversary at the hotel restaurant. We were treated as special gusts by all the staff on the day of the anniversary. The meal was made special for us by the restaurant staff especially Andrew who looked after us and made our celebration very special.

  Disliked: Nothing everything was excellent
