  Liked: We had an interesting two-story room. The hotel is stylish, featuring reproductions of Klimt’s work on the walls. There was a good breakfast, nicely presented. The staff were friendly. The hotel does indeed offer a discount on parking—we saved about 50 euros over the course of 4 days.

  Disliked: It’s at least a 10-minute walk to the parking lot, but that’s no big deal. We ran into issues trying to pay for parking using vouchers from the hotel—it was an unpleasant experience. Also, the fridge in the room didn’t work very well; we couldn’t really get our white wine chilled properly.

  Disliked: We had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel. During our stay, a member of the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking. We had not heard her enter and had not said anything to her, yet she remained in our room for reasons that were unclear. She could also hear that I was in the bathroom, but despite this, she decided to stay in our room. When I opened the bathroom door wearing only a towel, she did not even make an attempt to close the door or give me any privacy. I had to close the door myself and tell her to leave. After she left the room, we did not hear a single apology or any explanation. Instead, we heard her whispering to another member of the housekeeping staff, possibly even laughing. For the rest of our stay, I felt extremely uncomfortable because of this incident. I felt that my privacy had been seriously violated, and I am very disappointed with the overall experience. This situation was completely unacceptable, and I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and respect for guests’ privacy from your hotel. Furthermore, the reception staff later tried to justify the situation by explaining that we could have placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. However, in my opinion, this does not excuse what happened. Even if we had not displayed the sign, the housekeeper could clearly hear me in the bathroom and still chose to remain in our room. I find this behaviour completely unacceptable, as guests should be entitled to basic privacy and respect regardless of whether a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. I also found it childish and disrespectful that, after cleaning the room, the housekeeper left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our bed. Given the circumstances, this felt petty and unprofessional rather than an innocent gesture. Instead of acknowledging the inappropriate nature of the incident, this only made the entire experience even more unpleasantd.

  I booked 3 nights and the last two nights were good when they changed my room to the normal one

  Liked: If the room is new renovating one is good. Some staffers are good but some are not honest unfortunately.
