  Extra Large comfortable apartment in a quiet area, would stay again

  Liked: Quiet apartment in a nice area with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Vienna. The apartment is very roomy and the host is kind and helpful, plus organised transfers for us. Supermarkets and good coffee nearby, a few restaurants and coffee houses also but we did not try. We walked a lot, the apartment is within half hour of most sites, we did use the trams a little around the city and train to Schönbrun Palace, downloaded a day pass was easy enough to do. Felt very safe mostly residential. Folding clothes airer for drying clothes and iron and ironing board were useful items appreciated.

  Disliked: The dishwasher perhaps has been leaking for some time. There is some damage to the floating floor covering in the kitchen and the dishwasher does not turn off if the door is opened midcycle to add other items. It needs replacing perhaps with a more intuitive newer model when possible (does still function to wash dishes). The washing machine does not seem to have an option to wash on a cold cycle so probably needs also replacing at some stage with a more environmentally and delicate clothing friendly option in the cycles but once again it does wash the clothes. The microwave turntable was broken/not the correct one for the model of microwave so we were unable to use it, the host was notified to replace it. Overall the apartment was very lovely and these were minor issues and I'm being picky here.

  Liked: It is a beautiful light apartment on the ground floor of a quiet old street and easy walk through gardens into central Vienna and just around the corner from Rathaus underground station.

  Wonderful place to stay in Vienna

  Liked: Great location, comfortable beds. Near several tram lines. Nice to have the convenience of a lockbox for the key so our group could go different directions and still be able to get into the apartment when needed.

  Disliked: There was a little bit of street noise from the restaurants below, but was quiet by about midnight.
