Very disappointed about the cleanliness and rude behavior of the owner

Liked: Good location and very spacious, suitable for larger groups

Disliked: The kitchen was not cleaned before our arrival. The floor was dirty and even the cups and glasses in the cupboards were dirty. Toilet seats were broken. When I notified the owner about this, she was very rude and just told me to leave the place if I don’t like it. Afterwards I didn’t hear from her anymore.
