  Beautiful stay in nearby Dinant

  Liked: Very nice setting on the west facing side of the river so you get the later afternoon sunshine. Short bike ride into Dinant. Much longer walk. East parking outside in the street. Very quirky interesting interior and very comfortable. Not too far from the original Leffe abbey and directly opposite is La Confessional Restaurant (Michelin bib gourmand restaurant. Book well in advance!!!!). Nearby supermarket.

  Great location, and very helpful host

  Liked: Great location with excellent views across the river. Close to town and a supermarket. Place felt like the photos. Host responsive and helpful.

  Disliked: We stayed during a slight heatwave (>30C). In this situation, we felt that the place was simply too hot. The underfloor heating we realised too late was on the whole time, but the place doesnt really get enough airflow and the afternoon suns hits the front glass really heating things up. The 15cm supplied fan was simply not enough. We had to sleep with front doors open during the night in an attempt to cool the place down. Once weather cooled down (>25C) it was a lot nicer.

  Liked: Very cozy house with a great view and a fireplace.

  Disliked: The only thing we missed was a microwave oven.

  Very nice and great view!

  Liked: Very well equipped, bed is comfortable and good shower. WiFi works well. The view is incredible!

  Disliked: By the pictures, I imagined the apartment was a bit higher in the hill, but it is actually right in front of the main road, which is quite busy so you can hear all the cars. It is a bit noisy.
