  Disliked: Many stairs to access rooms which makes it difficult with luggage. Shower basin was leaking making whole floor wet in bathroom

  Everything was perfect

  Liked: We had a lovely stay at Le Patenier. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy, with a bit of a lovely vintage Belgian character. The host was very responsive and replied immediately to any messages, which made everything very easy. My sons especially loved their room, with the staircase ladder leading up to the balcony-style play area; they thought it was great fun. The apartment is also in an excellent location, within walking distance of everything in Dinant. The Dolce Gusto coffee machine and complimentary pods were also a really nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

  Liked: Very central. Parking just outside. Free overnight or a small hourly charge during the day. Apartment on multiple floors. Spotless. We'll equipped kitchen. Coffee supplies provided. Beds comfortable. Perfectly located. Very good value. Nice shower. Easy check in.

  It worked well for our very enjoyable visit to Le Patiniere

  Liked: The location was very good, it was very clean and the lounge comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

  Disliked: We felt that the spiral staircase had a few supporting strut issues. The refuse in the common lobby smelled horribly. The twin bedroom bedside tables need screws tightening - very unsteady. The bathroom lock is difficult.

  Good value, spacious apartment

  Liked: A very spacious apartment, on two floors, with the sleeping accommodation, bathroom and washer on the first floor connected internally by a spiral staircase, and additionally by a conventional staircase off the communal hall. The location on a quiet square is convenient for the river and the main shopping street. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are well laid out and we felt immediately at home for our 2-night stay. There is a toilet on the ground floor which is good, as getting up and down the spiral staircase is quite tight, and we definitely recommend you use the communal stair route for luggage!

  Disliked: Unfortunately the beds were the least comfortable of our 10-stop tour. We would suggest investment in wider and deeper mattresses, and better quality pillows and bedding, at which point Le Patenier would represent a very good value self-catering option in Dinant.
