  Great value, rustic, comfortable in a beautiful location

  Liked: The house is full of character and located in a really pretty square, 20 minutes walk from Dinant.

  Disliked: The kitchen could do with refurbishing.

  Old fashioned house in historic part of Dinant - but souless!

  Liked: I liked the square it sits on, with the old church and castle.

  Disliked: It’s a bit ‘lifeless’! Furnished with old antique style furniture but with nothing else to make it feel homely! There was only 1/2 a loo roll, no basics like tea/coffee/milk/soap in the bathroom - which would have been nice to arrive to. No towels. The smoke alarm started ‘blipping’ so we let the owners know, so they could change the batteries, but they just pulled the battery out and unplugged the alarm!! Just a few niceties would make all the difference!

  Disliked: There’s no body wash, no shampoo in the bathroom, unable to wash hands after using the toilet. The house was cold at night we were unable to turn on the heat.

  Adorable little house in a safe square with easy parking assessibility. Would recommend to friends and family!

  Liked: Love the style and feel of the old home! Very safe location. Easy parking.

  Disliked: Extremely strong smell of paint when we first got there (to the point where it made me nauseous, although I am sensitive to smells). We had to leave windows open for a couple of hours. I’m sure this isn’t a problem normally, but the house should’ve been aired out after the painting.
