Liked: I'd like most staff help, location and breakfast
One night family stay in Leuven to sightsee, travelling in and out by train
Liked: Good breakfast, great location near the train station and a short walk into the historic center.
Disliked: A very basic room, no tea and coffee facilities in the room.
There certainly better options. Need of renovation urgently

Good location, new bed, but other aspects of room tired and basic
Liked: Location and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was basic, no tea or coffee facilities, and the bathroom was tired and dirty. The room had a small window and no fan or a.c. so I requested a fan and the front desk response was dismissive.

Disliked: The triple room we were assigned faced into total darkness; it was incredibly old and dirty, with springs poking out of the mattresses. We asked to change rooms, but they only got back to us five days later to offer a new one. Water would leak out onto the floor from beneath the shower enclosure after use. The chair legs were broken.
