Very good
Liked: Room was a bit old style, but nice and comfy. IIt was not cold Shower and heating worked perfectly Water was always good and the passed by to clean every day breakfast was pretty good Location is walking distance from IMEC and KU campus and bus to city center is 15 seconds walk from the hotel
Disliked: There were a few webs in the ceiling, as it is an old building The wifi was terrible
Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Beautiful building, easy walk to the station, just across from the lovely castle and grounds. Room was warm, comfortable and spacious. Had no issues with noise.

Really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the hotel. A couple of minor grumbles but overall really good
Liked: Location was good. Easy distance from center. Staff were v helpful. We stayed in the new double room with terrace. Bed was a little too soft. Room quite basic. No tea/coffee making facilities. No drawers for clothes and hangers were just on some kind of suspended rail over the dressing unit. Restaurant was lovely, food was great and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good. wide selection on offer. Was a little bit of a pain having to ask for coffees through. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Bike storage room and underground garage were great.
Disliked: New style rooms are quite basic. No tea/coffee making facilities and lack of drawers and hanger space.
We have been on a 18 day tour and I think this was our favourite hotel we stayed in, would love to return one day
Liked: It’s in a beautiful location, the room we had (a family room was massive) and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was lovely and really good quality with lots of choices. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved the courtyard area to sit and have a drink in after dinner.
