Liked: A little further from Downtown Belgium than I realized but a nice stay. Train is abt a 20 minute walk away.

Liked: the property was very good and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were not sent the code to get in and had great difficulty getting access to the place. we finally went to the tourist desk and they contacted the Smartflats and were given our security code. We do not feel that anyone other than the renter should be given the access code to our flat as it breaches security and safety for the renter. Also on our second last day we were locked out of our flat and had no way to contact them as it was late at night. They could not explain why we were locked out and 3 hours later we got through because we had to awaken another renter who allowed us to use their phone. The service rep had no explanation as to why they changed the access code on us. The other renter had the same problem earlier in the day.
