  A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Setting

  Liked: The hotel was excellent. We had a room overlooking the garden, with a truly breathtaking, fairy-tale view of nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel offers a lot of facilities and activities, so I recommend reading the hotel brochure and asking at reception about everything that is available. The food was excellent!!! If you happen to miss lunch, there is a pizzeria right next to the main restaurant that serves excellent pizza, lasagna, and pasta, so you certainly won’t go hungry. The hotel’s overall offer is truly excellent, and we were very, very satisfied with our stay. We stayed for 8 days, and lunch and dinner were different every day, which was a great experience. Breakfast was the only meal with a regular selection, but the choice was so extensive that it would be impossible to try everything. Honestly, there is no reason to complain about the breakfast ( We have seen some reviews....) — the variety was enormous and far more than most people would have at home, so something to think about. One thing I highly recommend is booking a table at the Komin restaurant through reception. It was a beautiful experience, almost like something out of a movie. The beach was lovely, and we always managed to find free sun loungers reserved for hotel guests. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is only about 300 metres from the hotel, while the town centre is approximately 1 km away. Overall, we had a wonderful 8-day stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

  A Truly Authentic Bari Experience

  Liked: Our stay was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely incredible: the property is situated in a beautiful historic house in the heart of Bari’s old town, surrounded by centuries of history and authentic local life. Walking through the narrow streets and living in such a historic setting makes you feel remarkably close to another era. What made our stay even more exceptional was the host. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about sharing the local culture, they made us feel at home from the very first moment. We experienced Italy in a much more authentic and personal way and felt the true spirit of Italy. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic, memorable, and uniquely Italian experience.

  Great location, but disappointing all-inclusive experience

  Liked: The location is amazing, the food is good

  Disliked: Dinner hours are too limited. Dinner ends at 9:00 p.m., and around 8:40 p.m. the staff already starts removing the food. In many countries, 9:00 p.m. is when people are just starting dinner, especially while on holiday. I also didn't like the way some local staff treated employees from the Philippines and other Asian countries. I saw them being shouted at several times, which was uncomfortable to witness. They were always kind and friendly to us, so they deserved better treatment. I also disliked that the entertainment and many other activities were only in German. Even the announcements were often not in English. It gave the impression that the hotel is only for German guests. If that's the case, they shouldn't market themselves to so many other nationalities. Finally, the all-inclusive drinks were very disappointing. Most cocktails were of poor quality, while decent drinks required an extra charge. That defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive package. I don't think what we pay matched the quality.

  Highly Recommended Resort - Best on the Island

  Liked: All inclusive, fantastic staff, exceptionally clean, great food, great beach for guests, very quiet. After looking at other resorts while there, we felt this was absolutely the best and we were glad we decided to stay there. Our suite had a view of Hvar and the Adriatic. Downtown Bol was pretty close by and it was a pleasant walk on a wide, tree-lined promenade to get there. All-in-all, we had such an enjoyable time, we will probably come back again next year.

  Great location, dated and small basic rooms, quite a disappointment

  Liked: Location is very nice, close to the sea and just about a walkable distance from Bol.

  Disliked: The standard rooms are very dated and a little small. More like 2 or 3 star. The all inclusive offering feels a little more like 3 star. Overall it would have felt overpriced at 200 euros per night, however the price point was much higher.
