  Good value accommodation with a great host in the best area of Bol!

  Liked: I returned to the property having visited last year. The warmth of the welcome as a returning guest was very kind, and Petris was on hand to reintoduce me to the room. He had provided his signature lemon drink and croutons, a welcome refreshment for a weary traveller. The room is small but exceptionally clean. There is a fridge/kettle and washing machine, and a small outside seating area. My stay in Bol was marred by poor weather and I had a nasty fall whilst on the island. Petris did all he could to assist including bringing me some lunch on one occasion. This exceptional kindness was very much appreciated. The accommodation is on the side of the town away from the main tourist area around Zlatni Rat, and is in my opinion, the quieter and nicer side to stay. The closeness of the White House and Monastery beaches are also a positive. Petris lives in the accommodation and always available if required.

  Disliked: The construction of the new harbour means the immediate access to swimming is no longer possible and there was some construction noise, including early in the morning. Obviously this is totally outwith the control of the property.

  Will be back

  Liked: Mr Petris is the perfect host. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk away from the busier port area. Kala Caffe across from the apartment serves the best pizzas!

  Stunning location, sun drenched terrace and kind helpful host

  Liked: Amazing location, easy walk to ferry port. Monastery Beach (beautiful and secluded) 15 mins walk and Marina and Town Centre also 15 mins walk. Small terrace overlooking the sea - lovely. Well equipped kitchen with condiments. Host generously provided home made cake and lemonade. He also kindly helped me with my backpack and was on hand for anything I needed. Clean crisp towels and sheets. Little cafe/restaurant right next door and supermarket round the corner. Would stay there again.p

  Disliked: The bed was slightly uncomfortable - two smaller beds pushed together so crack in the middle, but managed to sleep OK.

  Liked: I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very convenient, close to all the main tourist attractions. The decor is very cozy, and the room is perfectly clean. More importantly, the host was incredibly welcoming—he even sent me some traditional local food. I would love to stay here again!
